We offer shipping to various locations across India. If we do not ship to your country, you will be notified during the checkout process.
We offer Cash On Delivery (COD) Option to the customer. However to curb fraudulent orders, we do not allow a customer to use COD in case the customer has failed to collect a previous COD order due to any circumstances.
If the customer orders again, they must order using the Prepaid method (Card, UPI, Net banking)
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volumes. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Delivery Times: International delivery times vary by destination and may take longer than domestic shipping. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries. If your shipping address falls within one of these categories, you will be notified during the checkout process.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@thedopaminestyle.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. The Dopamine Style is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses. If you realise you have entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
