Refund Eligibility and Timeframes
We offer a 5-day return policy. This means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about the eligibility of your specific item, please contact us before initiating a return.
Cancellation Procedures, Fees, and Requirements
To start a return, please contact us at hello@thedopaminestyle.com. Returns must be sent following the instructions provided after contacting us. Reverse pick-up services are available depending on your area’s pin code, and an INR 200 fee per product will be deducted for logistics if a reverse pick-up is arranged.
Return Process
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@thedopaminestyle.com so we can address the issue promptly.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you want, return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@thedopaminestyle.com.
